  Save yourself time, effort and go somewhere else, the amount of time in the waiting room is poor.

  I have been coming here for 12 years. The Docs i have seen over the years have been great...yes there are long waiting times (depending on which doctor you are seeing) sometimes but have found these Doctors to be thorough and will listen and allow a longer appointment if required. It is not their fault if patients need more time. They also have one nominated doctor per day who looks after the registrars and one for emergency walk ins - both of these things take up time too.... they are a very busy surgery...the girls at reception are always flat out too....a little patience and understanding wouldn't go astray when going in. :)

  yes! I have had to wait a long time, at times, BUT the Dr I see will give me ALL the time needed, dealt with my partner passing in an amazingly kind, understanding way, went way, way out of his way to help myself and family..please all you complainers, understand some people DO require longer than the allocated 15mins (ALL SURGERIES HAVE THIS TIME LIMIT) if you are ushered out fast, think, is it just a script you need? if you have questions ASK!!!, reception staff are VERY overwhelmed at times, please understand, I have always been treated with respect, I give respect, it comes back to me..do unto others..simple...

  I've been going to Midwest for 25 years and while the doctors are great the wait times have been consistently attortious. Don't waste your time going here. Call 15 min before your appointment and ask how many people are ahead of you.

  Receptions rude. Doctors are ok. Waiting time is long
